I wouldn't recommend you to book your trip on Iberia even they are going to offer tickets for free, I had a booking from AMS to RAK via MAD, and the first flight got delayed, so they rescheduled the second trip for next day and. Asked us to look for a hotel in Madrid where later I can send them invoice to pay it, although it should be their job to handle this, they have very poor customer service

Worst airline app I've ever dealt with. Won't allow me to access my account or change the password. Calling customer service is even more useless. Don't bother booking a flight with Iberia if you live in the U.S.A. It was an absolute nighttime. I would give it a minus 5 stars if I could.

Had to delete my previous 1-star review to add this. The silly app does not recognize that my destination country is different from my layover country. It asks me fill in details of my visa for the country where I have a stopover...and so I can't check in or pick seats!!! Come on Iberia! You can do better
