Slowest banking ever. UK bank to bank transfer 3 days and still no sign of the funds in icici UK account! Pathetic service. Would not recommend. Customer support only if you are a premium account holder. Looking for a UK bank account? Look elsewhere.

Since 3 days the app is not opening. Unable to log in to my account. It says upgrade and redirects to the app store where there is no upgrade optional for the app. It's pathetic to not be able to access your finances when in need.
