Great app so far. Ability to manage your account, see and pay your bill, and view outage info. Wish you could directly report an outage through the app and get outage notifications for multiple locations. Data is a little slow to load sometimes but not horrible. UI is intuitive but wish it had a dark mode. The developers seem responsive and actually care about the quality of the app. Overall, no reason for people to NOT use the app.

The only problem I have is the double sign in. I would much rather have the biometric sign in. Instead, I have to sign in then I'm asked about biometric. I don't like this! It also refuses to "remember me". That's annoying. Please fix this. Give your customers a choice of sign in & then make sure that choice happens all the time! No more repeat the same old stuff after choice had been made.

I can't get the app to install update therefore I can't see my bill. When I just use the old app it will only download January's bill.

Terrible, idaho power and the app. Love going from paying same thing up until july and all of a sudden Idaho Power is like nah ot now cost 3x as much..... joke of a company. Terrible app.
