★★★★★ The drive photo app is great. Please fix the timeline functionality using "date taken" field for HEIF or other file formats. Currently, using "date modified" or "date created" field gives wrong timeline outcome.

★★★★★ Better management of photo backups than the main idrive app has. Only issue is it seems to take a while to discover and upload all your photos. I had to refresh the photo list on the app and free times before it found everything. Possibly an Android limitation. Also, like other photo apps, does not let you view photos by source folder.

★★☆☆☆ I could not find an option to exclude specific folders/albums to prevent it from uploading. In terms of pricing, this is by far the best app to back up photos, but I definitely don't want to mess my personal photos/videos with all the WhatsApp 'BS' I receive. That's a real pity, it would be extremely simple to develop such feature. Ironically, most reviews here say about the same thing, but apparently customers are simply ignored.

★★☆☆☆ I have no idea how to use idrive and idrive photo - it is so, so hard to find information about how laypeople can use it effectively to store photos online in folders that are easy to access in the cloud :(

★★☆☆☆ Auto upload does not work on Wi-Fi or cell, data from 2 weeks ago still not uploaded even tho it knows it has to upload it. Never does. App needs work it's way behind other cloud services and not reliable.
