I can not lodge a complaint using this app. Whenever I apply for a complaint, it keeps giving me an error, "Complaint not registered, Please try again later." I have tried multiple times but still in vain.

A totally useless app. It shows you the bill information, which is always outdated and which you can also get from other sources. The load shedding schedule is never accurate, therefore misguiding. Lodging complaints is time-wasting as nobody reads those complaints, let alone resolve them. Complaint of unscheduled load shedding and frequent power outages is not an option in the app. It seeks user's reference number repeatedly. This app is as bad as the power system in general in this country.

Load Management schedule mai show kartay hain keh light nhi gyi but light gyi hoti hai. Complain Register kabhi hoti thi Ab to woh bhi nhi hoti Itna paisa khatay hain humara but app dekho zra Lana hai inpar.
