★★★★★ This is the best apps for IF beginner. It's simple to use. Show chart (hour fasting, weight tracking, daily water consumption, BMI).

★★★★★ This is a blessedly bare-bones fasting tracker. (It also tracks water consumption, weight loss, etc., but these additional areas can be turned off.) If you're not new to intermittent fasting, and you just want to track the numbers without all the fluff, this is the app you want.

★★☆☆☆ So far am I liking this app for fasting. Simple, which is what I wanted. Don't need all the other features that other fasting apps have. One thing that I really like is being able to see how far I am into my fast & at the same time see how much time is left in my fast when I pull down my notifications. That is a huge motivator for me & I did not know I even needed that. Thanks! Update! Just got a message wanting me to download a "security app" because my phone was not "up-to-date" NOT ACCEPTABLE!

★★☆☆☆ Deleted this app after 2 days. It's just not user-friendly at all for a beginner like me. It shows a completed fast even when I haven't completed it yet.
