★★☆☆☆ רכשתי בעלות של 99 ש"ח לפני יומיים בגוגל פליי את תוכנת הניווט המשודרגת igo primo nexgen, כל זאת על בסיס סרטון פרסום בפייסבוק המציג את יכולותיה הנפלאות ובפרט את הניווט הקולי ומתן הוראות ניווט ללא הסרת ידיים מההגה. למרבה הצער התכונה של מנוע הזיהוי הקולי לא עובדת.... בשיחה טלפונית עם נציג שירות מהיום ניסיון הסיוע כשל, ונמסר לי כי אין תאימות למערכת והופניתי לגוגל פליי להגיש בקשה לקבלת החז כספי. דא עקא, הודעת מייל שקיבלתי מגוגל דחתה את בקשת ההחזר ושלחה אותי למפתח התוכנה, כך שלא זו בלבד שלא קיבלתי את התמורה המצופה, כעת אני צריך לכלות את זמני בקבלת זיכוי....

★★☆☆☆ Not working on galaxy s2 The last update from 30.08.2013 doesn't work gave on galaxy s2 the error is : global_cfg not found . Too bad that it was no tested before released. Paid a lot of money for nothing The same error after update to 03.09.2013 update , very bad !!!

★★☆☆☆ Offroad maps are a scam I purchased this for the offroad capability, but it was a complete disappointment. (1) The offroad maps are not included with the app, but rather need to be downloaded from the site and manually copied onto the Android device in an obscure directory. (2) The igo site contains links to three downloads for the offroad maps. The first part worked, but the second part leads to a non-existent file, and for the third part the instructions on the site don't match the content in the file. (3) When I called the support line to find out how to install the content from the third file (containing the routes), they said they would only help me if I drove out to their office in Herzelia (a two hour drive for me). When I asked to speak via telephone to a manager or to a developer, they flatly refused, and said they only allow customers to speak to managers if they show up in person in Herzelia (!!)
