Worst app on 25th I get profit of rs 653 . They charge me brokerage 708 . I didn't receive my profit. Next day I with draw my balance amount now showing -653 ... They charge 708+653= bad service no customer response. Better groww and angle one kite... Please don't use this app

Very, very nice bad support from IIFL support team, I am facing the issue with account freezed due to KYC and shared link to download the document to fill all required details, the document asked me sent through email or soft copy, as per my convenience I shared the documents through email, I wait for a couple of days but no response, I sent email regarding update they said we didn't receive the documents due to that account freezed, again forward same email to them but no response, my id nagar514

Trade karne se pehle inka brokerage charges pata kar Lena Ye per trade ya per lot par nahi Unit par charge karte hain 7500rs ke trade par 4500 Brokerage le liya. Sebi rules ke hisaab se trading amount ka maximum 2.5% plus govt. Charges itna hi le sakte hai. Ye traders ko cheat kar rahe hain. Koi inke against action lene me meri help kar sakta hai ?
