100%wothtless device. I purchased device in 2021. It works good till 2 and half year, and then it is showing only car location before around 14 hours. Not showing the current location. I reached out to customer support they told to renew your service with ICICI LOMBARD. I have ICICI LOMBARD car policy since 2021, but they stop telemetry service in between without my knowledge. Now my policy is valid till April 2025 but from mid-October data syncing stop. No tracking, Not getting current location.

Worst tracking device and app. There is no push notification receiving ever. Even in app notification showing almost after 30 min-1 hr later. Thus, no use. On contacting support, they have no solution for any of the prob. They are using the worst mobile network of Vodafone 2g which hardly works anywhere amd max time devices remains offline. Even ignition on/off notifications are not coming, leave rest aside, Highly disappointing and dissatisfying service.
