I think that the Illinois toll website is not user-friendly. I have 2 transponders and a truck without one. When I try to go in and pay, it won't let me pay by plate. It keeps bouncing back to the IPass. Now I owe 36 in invoice fees. Hey Illinois, how many freaking reams of paper do I need that buy you for ine little invoice!!!!

This App does not function correctly. I swear it is intentionally broken just so they can charge you extra fees. $3 in unpaid tolls leads to $30 just because I cannot log in to pay by plate. I've reset my password multiple times and found that it gives you log in errors even if you enter the correct password. There must be some issue with autofilling login info from your saved passwords. After several attempts it locks your account for 30 mins. I'm so fed up with this app. Illinois sucks
