★★★★★ Love my Iemas app, I can now view my insurance policy with a push of a button.

★★☆☆☆ Your OTP process isn't working. I've received 1 OTP minutes later and the app says incorrect. Tried again and no further OTPs received. Tried again the next day and no OTP received. So can't use the app

★★☆☆☆ Edited. Submitted online claim. It was not received by IE MAS. Still have to phone call center. Claims procedure can be better as it does not allow for any of the information to be captured that is required which will assist greatly. Got a call from IE MAS this morning after my comment. Seems as if they really want this to work.

★★☆☆☆ Submitted a claim via the app on 2 December. Received a confirmation of receipt email. No feedback on 7 December. Claims department informed me the claim was never generated. Luckily the staff member I spoke to was very efficient and saved the day. In summary, app needs work!

★★☆☆☆ The app is still flickering dim and bright after reported previously. Also, very slow
