They were very rude when l was trying to explain the situation they didn't believe me said sometimes it happens try again later it been almost too weeks. I wasn't even rude back pretty much done with imb. Edited update there replayed the app won't work if there are certain apps on You’re phone e.g. they are monitoring your phone!!!!!! Don't tell me l can't a VPN in my phone

★★☆☆☆ I can't get into our account any longer as it says my phone is not compatible with this version. I would then like to cancel our accounts with you, now how am l supposed to do this?
