I cannot understand the poor reviews or their reasons. Changing the language took a few clicks and less than 10 seconds. Log in procedure was just as easy, and then I had access to my IMED medical records including the invoices. Verifying my mobile phone also just took seconds, so I am very impressed with the app. I was further impressed by the personal attention that I received at the Teulada facility. Top-notch operation as far as I am concerned.

For me, it is completely useless app. Although being IMED patient for 2 years, I even can not pass in-app online registration process. "There was an incidence in registration process" message appears every time.

Very poor app, I logged in on a new phone, and it would not pick up my medical record or allow me to book appointments at my regular center in Gandi. Also, it does not function, I went to appointment made by phone and would not work when I was in the waiting room. It said no appointments !!. The app shows an incorrect phone number even though the correct one is on the database, and it does not show Gandi No response from the developer since having problems, so seemingly they are not interested!

Have no idea what is going on, won't allow me to do anything, keep getting the message below: "This app does not have sufficient permissions to perform this action" But if I don't use Google play to access the app it all works OK. What do I need to do?
