My phone is Sony Xperia 1V. I have a problem with the notification for the Smart Video Doorbell, the notification has shown only when I still open Imilab Home screen. If I switch to the other app (such as mail, YouTube), the notification has no show. I found the same problem on ipad. What shoud I do? Thanks in advance.

Easy to use. But there is a 10-second advertisement delay for every time we use the app. The audacity to put an unskippable ads after I bought one of their product and now going into this app to use said paid product is just mind blowing. Minus one star for the ads

No notifications are being received on all our devices. Once you open the imilab app, then yes notifications do pop up. All permissions and notifications are on (app and phone) !

We received an imilab c30 as replacement for a different xiaomi camera, but had to install this app to get it working. Why can't we use the Xiaomi home app for this? I wish we could. The camera view has a delay of 1–2 seconds, even on Wi-Fi, which Xiaomi home doesn't have. This app is filled with bugs, spelling mistakes, unintelligible sentences and just broken on some places. Minor but still annoying: it is ridiculous to have to skip an empty startup screen every time you open the app.
