★★☆☆☆ First day with ImOn and I can't onboard my router because the QR code doesn't work and entering the information manually ALSO doesn't work. Please fix this bug 🙏

★★☆☆☆ This entire app will NOT work if you use your own router. I am using my own router, and the customer service technician confirmed that the entire app will not work if I use my own router. I could understand not being able to see the device, but I should be able to pay my bill and see internet usage at the very least. I can sign in but immediately prompted to onboard a router. If I try to cancel it, the prompt to onboard a router immediately pops back up, making the app completely useless.
