Utilizing included health has been the best experience with health care that I can remember. They stick with me through my ups and downs, and they continue to help me. That's all that matters. Since they took over Doctor on Demand I have had $200 taken from me for an appointment missed due to their ap not working. It has been 3 weeks now and still no refund. I have sent numerous messages in the ap and all have gone unanswered. I am unable to schedule appointments anymore either. So the service is null and void now. Which is a shame because I absolutely LOVED my therapist, and now I no longer get to see her. I do jot recommend this company at all. It is no longer convenient.

There are too many bugs. Won't show upcoming appointments. For now, it serves no purpose. Hope that changes. I'm willing to change insurance companies just so I don't have to deal with this app. This app costed me a missed appointment I made last week.

I chat with a live agent for release of medical records, and they sent me the DocuSign on January 7, I sign everything sent it back. Tell me why they asked me so many times for a release form already I sign already. Then I had to send them a screenshot showing that them I sign it already. I needed those release form last month on the 25th. I cancel all my appointments: Update again in my email this morning just got another release form DocuSign this app is so frustrating don't need you anymore.
