★★☆☆☆ The app may or may not log in. You never know. When it does log in, you go to make a mobile deposit for the first time only to have to wait to be approved. Why?

★★☆☆☆ Your mobile deposit app has always been problematic. It takes multiple tries to get it to work. The instructions are incorrect as well. Update: I haven't had to use mobile deposit in a while, so I can't speak to that. However, for the last few months the app takes up to a minute or more to open on my phone. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall and nothing fixes it.

★★☆☆☆ This app used is now UNUSABLE. Updating it did NOT help. It absolutely will NOT log me in. After all the problems with not being able to access my online banking through a web browser, now even the app won't work. No phone calls returned despite multiple complaints. DON'T use this bank! They DON'T care sbout their customers and ESPECIALLY their customers with visual impairments
