★★★★★ A great help in Siemens technical jungle. If there are problems with Siemens high-tech devices this is the first way to ask for help. Often the items can be fixed. A huge result what to do, where to look up and how to solve the problem 👆

★★☆☆☆ Dynamics error codes missing. The option is no longer there under my tools. This is a nice function that is now gone?

★★☆☆☆ After signing up...... unable to log on to the app, giving an error message that my information is not found or incorrect input

★★☆☆☆ The new 5.0 version won't even start if your system language is something else than English (or German probably). My phone is in Finnish, so I had to switch my system language to English, start the app and then in the settings flip-flop all language settings to English. After this system language can be switched back to Finnish. To add to this fiasco, the product scanner won't detect 2d codes from actual devices (previous versions worked just fine). Those are the ones you need when commissioning!
