This HRMS system was not useful at all. Not even user-friendly. This HRMS system was not intuitive. Leaves approved was cancelled by the manager but still counted, and the leave balance and leave status report was not accurate. Could not reply to this system for employees. On the app could not update for anything your leave applied. The Payslip was late uploaded always. HR people were neglectful using this system. Attendance also could not able to clock in. Overall, was very stupid calculation

The apps only calculate overtime after working hours. There's no calculate from start earlier than clock in time. Kepala bana!

Always 7 PM on Singapore timezone, what the hell These Infotechs Sever Down and cannot face out, loading several times.

You will not receive any meaningful support after you subscribed. My whole company payroll was a mess. Even by 7th when we have to pay salary, the system is still in a mess. Their solution was for us to just pay everyone regardless of them being absent or unpaid leave. They just continuously put you on hold and will check forever
