It would have been 5 stars the only thing is it all of a sudden quit having sound on mine and my husbands video visits when I screen record, and we like to save our visits for later and edit and things we can still here one another and talk but when I screen record theirs no sound at all

My son is currently incarcerated. There are many apps that you have to deal with to be able to stay involved with different areas/issues that need to be addressed while he is incarcerated. This particular app makes it very easy for us to be able to have scheduled video visits, without a bunch of confusion.

This is horrible. It's not doing anything but displaying lines across my screen. How lame is it that you want me to deposit money for this BS. You should be paying me to put up with this app.

Really. You can't expect me to leave a good review of anything that charges exorbitant fees. It is nice to have a chance to visit with people struggling in jail but $2 a minute is a little high for a low quality video call. I know it's the American standard to oppress people in bad circumstances and punish families who are already struggling. Companies like inmate sales, Keeffe, JPay, GTL, Secures, etc. are robbing people blind because they have no choice, use the product or abandon your loved one
