★★☆☆☆ The most unhelpful customer service. They will let scammers use their platform and disrespect theird own customers. I Booked tickets to an event through paytm which later got cancelled, and we were informed that refunds will be issued. When I approached their support staff that the event got cancelled and provided them with the required evidence. They kept insisting that the event took place, sided with scammers who hosted the event and called their customers who were asking for refund liars.

★★☆☆☆ Scammed! I booked for a meetup event today @cafe amethyst but when I reached there & checked with the receptionist, they said there's no such thing today. There's not even the no./email ID of the organizers in this app, so how can we contact them? Paytm insider shud thoroughly check before hosting such events
