It constantly says I need to change the pick-up time to place the order, but the button to change times is greyed out and cannot be clicked. I love insomnia cookies, but I cannot even place orders or take advantage of deals. Would love a fix

★★☆☆☆ Ordered through the app. The tracker doesn't work at all. Delivery person called and told me they left food in front of door. It was on the floor. Why would u put a box of cookies on the floor?. It's not in a bag. Other issue is I got charged multiple times.
