★★★★★ This bank has been great. My account has always been secure. I have had issues with a few other big banks.

★★☆☆☆ When the app decides to work it is great but every time I call their customer service about how it's crashing and not letting me log in, they say nothing is wrong with the app. It's so frustrating. It's a very flawed and glitched system. One day it will decide to work but most days it just crashes on me before it's even loaded. I'm only giving 2 stars because when using the app it's simple and helpful and easy to use. Please fix this app, so we can use it without it crashing.

I never signed up for this app and there is no way to, there's a drop-down menu that brings you to a blank screen and a username and login, which I have neither of so it's useless. So far the bank has no bathroom My card I activated failed 2 times The app is useless And now my paycheck is not in the bank and im leaving for vacation today.
