Simply awful app. I requested a specific worker to come in. I wanted to hire him. Instead, they sent me a disaster. Drunk, rude, sloppy, belligerent. I demanded who I wanted, but the app wanted me to pay half a days wages to a guy I never wanted. I wanted who I requested. The person I wanted on my team was frustrated that though requested, the very moment the request was sent, it was assigned to someone else. Don't waste your time with this idiotic company. Brick walls listen better

1 star because shifts were filled. 0 stars for all the flaws. The $ amount workers receive is significantly less because of a 20% fee. You can't set an amount to pay, you have to select a range, and that range fluctuates with "demand", so you end up paying a lot more. Workers exploit schedules by claiming they didn't get a shift sent to them; when you send a new one after the 24-hour window, it drastically increases how much you pay them. The scheduling system needs updating, it's horrific.
