Awesome app and useful. No need to use internet connection. It will provide its own network and make you connected with your friends within the range of a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth hotspot. Only problem is the range, which is needed to be longer.

This app is so good, and it has no ads! I use it for intercom in motorcycle rides with back ride's phone and an additional Wi-Fi hotspot.

I haven't given it a good real world test yet, but it's already way ahead of all the other apps I have tried. Devices on the same LAN found each other right off the bat. Works flawlessly with Bluetooth headset. User interface is simple and intuitive. No dumb features that clutter the app and make it harder to use. It seems to play well with other apps that use the audio (I can hear a call while Intercom is working). Latency is extremely good. Voice activation of PTT is available and seems to work well. Audio quality is plenty okay I have not tested how it responds under poor Wi-Fi signal conditions. If there was one thing I would ask for, it would be an iOS port, so we can use this with iPhones as well!

I want to have an app that connects the Bluetooth on the main gate with my android phone which is used as an intercom so that I can ask from my phone who has come to the gate.

Bluetooth's connection is very temperamental, sometimes works then minutes later would have 10-second delay. Even worse however was that the app drained 65% of my battery in 2 hours while running in the background unused. Would not recommend.
