Not the app for me. It keeps asking me to start a fast but doesn't track anything. I've done two 12 hours, and it still only asks me to start. I get the timer in my notifications, but after it hit zero, it's like I get the 'Just kidding, start your first fast.' I'll just find another app to use.

Deleting it because it stopped letting me set my fast state time. App has some kind of glitch, making it stuck at setting the fasting start time at 8:30pm even after I change and save the new time. Deleting and reinstalling didn't work. There are too many apps like this to have weird glitches that impact functionality.
