Worst bus service ever!!!!!!!! The drop was 30 km away from pickup point. Driver closed the washroom and when this matter was informed then they added the control of washrooms in the hands of driver and changed the policy. Departure bus was cancelled 20 minutes prior from the time informed. Worst bus service ever!!!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by intercity bus company. There is no proper customer support contact, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I received no response. To make matters worse, the only contact number listed is a dummy number that doesn't work. It's frustrating and unacceptable that there’s no way to contact a bus marshal or get any assistance. This is by far the worst bus service I've experienced, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it
