Best part is its free and easy to use. There shouldn't be a complaint about this app for that reason alone. Its ability far exceeds similar apps that you must pay for. Great option for material list, customer contact info, quotes, and invoices. With the ability to have customers digitally sign contracts. It simply can't be beat.

I used Job Flex for about a year prior to Covid. During quarantine, I shut it down: No income means no outgo! I'm back up and restarting it now. Yes, there have been glitches with the software, customer service, and non delivered quotes. Job flex took care of it all. In my world everyone falls down once in a while, but it's not the falling down that matters as much as how you get back up! I prefer to work with companies that know "S--t" happens, and is STRONG enough and smart enough to apologize and rise to the challenge and the needs of the moment. In my book they and their product passed the test with flying colors!

I emailed them multiple time about my contracts not able to be signed so no signed contracts bad for business and I sent them an email asking if I could print the contracts off for those that do not have internet or just need paper copies they don't replying like no one works there not going to use this app much longer just need to finish jobs that are started.

No support for over a year. Did not respond to multiple emails, or phone calls (get the answering service every time). Was a good app to the actual customer support for the first six or seven months and then nothing. If I did not have so many customers tied up in this app and records I would drop it in a heartbeat.
