★★★★★ The app takes too long to open up. That's the only problem I have with it. It's taken two to three hours for my app just to open up

★★☆☆☆ This app has no way to set an automatic payment from my account, so every month I get an email threatening to cancel my insurance and I get a late fee when I pay past due. It has been almost a year and this app has shown absolutely no improvement no way to set automatic payments not even a way to set any notification that your password is going to be due soon! This app is a joke.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible do deal with. Around 15% interest rates and $12.50 fees just to process the payment every month.

★★☆☆☆ The app takes forever to load and when it does, it doesn't load my dashboard or any way to make payments. Something is broken.
