I absolutely LOVE this service. Thing is, it's confusing with price. It's $9.99mth, but then it's also $3 when you pick up your mail. It can be the same day you get alerted. I ask Staples why but, have to ask Postal. One month, I was charged $13 plus my monthly. I realized it's the AMOUNT of mail/packages. You can't go over a certain amount of mail/packages.

The app is so easy to navigate, and I've enjoyed it since the day the 1st day I received mail. I appreciate how friendly, and personal the service is at the place I pick up my mail. 5 stars all the way around. Definitely worth the money.

Useless they charge you before saying you have to pay extra before you actually can use your mailbox

The app itself works fine, but the company is not 100% honest about how they expect you to use the service only after paying their chosen online notary service. I get free notary service through my attorney and banks, and if I didn't, the most you can be charged is $5. They state this is a recent policy, but their FAQs do not reflect this. Beware, if they lie to your from the start, it won't get better. Also, the local place where one gets mail or packages looks like a crack den.
