Any diff using coins via using app? Still have to use notes to topup. No diff use notes to change into coins and insert coins to washer/dryer.

Terrible service. I tried to top up my account with the money to use the machines my money gets eaten up and no one will pay me back. Customer service doesn't even answer back emails!

No response to problem reports. Reported through chat and email when the machine at Holland Drive is faulty and unable to top up. But no response received and problem persists after more than a week.
