The app subscription transacted my account over 4 times the price stated on the app. I contacted support as per the app developer advise, and they refuse to cancel the subscription and state non-compelling reasons. I requested to cancel the subscription and refund, but they refuse as well. It looks more like a fraud. Use more professional service الإشتراك خصم من حسابي البنكي ٤ أضعاف مبلغ الإشتراك، و خدمة العملاء ترفض حل المشكلة أو رد المبلغ و إلغاء الاشتراك. انصح باستخدام خدمات أخري أكتر إحترافية

Very good content that needs to be improved, but anyway ruined by the UI/UX, one of the worst, crashes a lot, not responsive, no dark mode in 2024, very slow in navigation. Also, please compress the auiod files or use opus or m4a or something, sizes are big for the book duration.
