This place is amazing! Workouts are super effective, organized, and hit the spot! Coach Olo is an excellent coach and motivator as well as observant of the individual needs of clients. The entire ISA staff is professional, kind, encouraging, on their "A" game, and the place is spotless. I am not new to fitness and have lots of experience in gyms abroad. However, I am new to Maryland and Owings Mills. I'm so satisfied with this place, I don't have to look any further. I'm all in! 100!

Glitchy. When I open the app it flashes and the loading wheel spins. I am unable to book sessions or see anything beyond the home page.

Does its job for basic functionality. However, it is missing notifications and notification settings for upcoming workout prior to a workout. Also, should have notification for no show fees as sometimes those get logged incorrectly and a way to communicate back to a location for basic communications but also to dispute no show fees that get logged incorrectly.
