After I payed to use the remote access it worked like 3 times. Its been 5
days and i haven't been able to access the home camera again. Not even sure
who to contact or how to get it resolved. The phone app has no functional
buttons....

paid $7.95 . needed cell phone access. was fine till I left the house then no access. useless. now.... onto my computer. day one: Video alerts sent to my email which was great. Day 2: Snapshot pics . Day 3: nothing. This whole system needs an overhaul. There are better apps/software out there.

agree with others. app has been abandoned. no update in many years. settings cant be saved or even accessed on app anymore. sad....it used to be a great app. dont waste your money buying a membership since you wont get any extra service from it anymore.

The only thing that seems to work is the ads! I log in and can see the camera names but can't get any video our snap shots.

Lame. Server doesn't connect. Resource not found error. I hadn't ever an account yet said my email is registered. Sucks ass.
