★★★★★ That's the app that world needs. It is so useful and makes easier everything. Best and most useful app ever.

★★☆☆☆ Scam app. Can't use it for money transactions, you will lose money (it declines transfer and then money don't come back). Support won't help you and will just message you useless copypasta about why they won't do their job.

★★☆☆☆ Very angry! Lasy night, I transferred money from the ZICO wallet to "Fabric" wallet (to pay order), but the money didn't arrive! I tried numerous times to get support via application and via website support - none of these are reachable and there is no solution. Also, you can't transfer your mo ey from ZICO wallet back to the bank, because the application doeas't accept your ID document, if you are foreigner!... I want to get adequate support and I want the transaction completed!!!

★★☆☆☆ I made a purchase through ZICO from the Decathlon website, which advertised a 300 TL cashback offer. After the first purchase, I received no cashback. The support team claimed I should have used their app for payment, even though the website made no mention of this. I followed their instructions for a second purchase, using the app for payment this time. Still, no cashback was issued, and their 24/7 support is unresponsive. This feels like false advertising and a waste of time.
