Great atmosphere! When you want to get out and have a great time J&J's game slots locations it's the best place to. A lot of promotions a lot of rewards is the place to be. In addition, you can buy tickets also you can see trailers in addition you can buy movie tickets also shows.

Disappointed. Since J&J Gaming has taking over the Slot machines at Tracy's in Calumet Park, IL, customers has been complaing how tight the slot machines are. Under the previous owners, machines use to payout. I will no longer be a sucker at any establishment that is under J&J Gaming anymore. I taking my business back to the casino, because I refused to play and not win ANYTHING at J&J Gaming locations. I'm disappointed in J && J Gaming. IJS 🤔

Machine froze up, on mega bonus. State told tech to make a new certification clearing my bonus. Then tech was told he wasn't supposed to do that. Absolutely horrible gaming systems. Just don't gamble. The state takes enough of your money!

I was at a machine and received 25 free spins, the machine shut off automatically and left 22 free spins for the next person. I called the number for assistance and the employee says "There's nothing I can do, you just have to go back when they open." I believe this is a crappy way to run a business that makes millions of dollars from the public. Taking 1/3 of your money to begin with and then forcing you to lose any free spins you have. Customer service was a 1 on a 1-10 scale.
