Love this app. I want to train for the armed forces early so im not slacking when i get there. This app is amazing in helping me train. A big boost is its ability to explain exercises and ramp up difficulty when i get there. Lots of workouts with 60 too. Overall a solid app for fit nuts everywhere.

Won't process upgrade. The app is amazing but unfortunately it will not process the upgrade for the rest of the workouts. If fixed I will rate 5 stars.

Critiques The variaty of exersizes is nice. However I'm finding on the tenth day that the expectations of completing some of them are unbalanced. Meaning the hardest exersize side plank leg lifts has the most reps. I can do all the others fine to completion. Sure you'll say lessen the degree of difficulty however no indication what they consider the exercise abs triceps? Then you do that and all exercises become less difficult. Also why is there no timer?
