Since this company sucks at updating information, as does not tell you what's going on, the app's name is actually called UBOX this is not the correct app. Download uBox to use your Javis camera...you're welcome

Setup is terrible...been on the phone with customer service for an hour now...and they won't answer...just keeps saying my call is important...blah blah...money and time wasted...

Ok don't bother. When I tell you I have been trying to set up a connection for 2 days, and it still won't connect. It is easy to turn on. To configure the information is not hard, and it will walk you through it. The only problem is, I feel like it's a scam because after you enter all your information, that's when it fails. I mean I have tried everything under the sun to get the last step to go through and yet nothing. I say don't waste your time.
