From 2–3 weeks I'm not able to book the rides. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But no use. Every time I try to book the message appears "Pickup and Destination should be in same region". The worst part is I can't connect with customer service through the app. We can only connect for the current rides or which is 72 hours before. I need solution.

I booked a ride, and the driver was heading toward my location. Suddenly, they changed direction and stopped at a place. I tried calling, but the driver didn’t answer. I waited for over 10 minutes with no response, so I canceled the ride and was charged 7 riyals. I reported the issue multiple times via email, customer service, and other platforms, but there was no response. Very bad service. I do not recommend it. Uber is good geeny not good no customer service
