Actually this app is really awesome, but there is a small issue with the video slider in Android TV when I am moving slider forward or backward the slider automatically goes to the starting position of the movie plz try to fix this issue as soon as possible, and I have used emby as well the UI of emby is awesome, but I want this type of UI in open source software like jellyfin. I hope jellyfin team will work to make their free project better than other competitors like emby...

Moved from Plex to Jellyfin and I don't regret. Android App Never worked on Plex. Now it is fast and works like a charm!

Not good. Can never find the server or connect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and it forces me to make a new account every time. I don't understand why I can't just install the server on a flash drive, plug it into a tv, download the tv app and have it play movies from tjat flash drive. That would be truly local and truly portable. Worst part is, if you turn off the computer the server is stored on, your tv app no longer has access. Just let me put it on a flash drive. Not well-thought-out.

Video playback is very unstable. Subtitles do not load on Chromecast TV 4k. I've tried exoplanet and libel, nothing plays for more than 5 minutes before crashing. I've tried this on multiple Android TV devices with the same result.

Exoplanet no longer works whatsoever. It throws a player error for ALL content, no matter the resolution, bitrate or codecs (audio as well as video) involved. lib VLC no longer works with surround sound audio (like Trued) and will not play any audio, unless forced to stereo mode. Happend after an update from Jellyfin server 1.8.4 to 1.8.8 and an app update from 0.14.xx to 0.15!
