Bike quality TERRIBLE - requires a lot of effort for even slightest upward hill or incline, making bike virtually pointless for even medium-length journeys. Pricing also stupid - unless you get a subscription, the price for just one 10-minute journey on the bike is already more expensive than a bus. Hardly incentivizes users. Positives: app was fine. However, unless the bikes are upgraded / improved, this is a SCANDALOUS WASTE OF PUBLIC MONEY. The Jerusalem Municipality / עיריית ירושלים must be held accountable.
