This app is garbage. I got sent a $5 credit for my birthday. Unfortunately, no one in your stores has any clue how to redeem it. I tried the online order....the is nowhere to redeem the credit. I like Jim boys food, but the lack of effort with this app & employee training is pathetic. Lots of places to get tacos, ya know?!?

Does not allow redeeming rewards except for online. Doesn't allow for entry of missed rewards as there's no code on the receipt.

If you order in the app, don't trust pickup times. I intentionally showed up 15 minutes later than the pickup time and It's STILL not ready. Seems like they are just now starting the order? Not acceptable. Another star lost because they actually charge. 45 for each sauce now. May need to strike them from the list moving forward. Update: order placed at 1:22, for a pickup time of 1:37 was ready at 2:18. No apology was offered, and my request for a refund was denied. This app is being deleted.
