How am I supposed to reset a PIN? Truly have no idea what it is, have tried probably 100 things, and the only way to reset a PIN seems to be by first entering your PIN.

Good, but Tech team - please fix the changing location of the re-order! Hi, I really like the app, been using for 6 months or more. Love your food, concept, stylish premises, ambiance and many more things. Tech team, kudos to you. UX/Ui guys - I only order my delicious sandwich from one location. And I keep RE-ordering it, however the shop changes randomly. I've added even my shop as favorite, but that's ignored. Another sandwich went to bin in a shop 20 mins away from mine. Please fix ;)

Love this app, it's not perfect, but the loyalty program is awesome. There's one bug I've encountered where I have a free signature drink voucher and a signature joe card, but when I buy a signature drink it will take it off the joe card, not the free voucher.

It's so buggy that I'm giving up (3 months of issues). First two times I went to the store I tried to add my card, no luck, just crashes, then my cards show up, but I can never finalize and confirm my order. "Something went wrong"...

This app is unstable, login with Facebook does not work properly. I wanted to register without Facebook, and could not because of most likely same card details. But I deleted 5he account and can't log in to the primary account anymore. As my phone number (with I can't continue without it) is now connected to my new and deleted account. There should be an option to make you own user as well. Good design, but a shame it is useless. Edit: If you haven't done any changes, it is still an error :/
