Recently used the Jooli app to purchase a rudraksha mala. While the app's interface is user-friendly and the product videos were impressive, the actual product quality was very disappointing. The rudraksha mala I received was of much lower quality than what was shown in the video. I hope the app improves its product quality control and ensures that what is advertised is what customers receive. Until then, I can't recommend this app for shopping.
