My phone always crash whenever I activate this launcher..and I can't uninstall the app..

Complete garbage, it causes excessive battery use and you can NOT uninstall it, only revert to the original and that undoes any customisation you've done to the home screen. I hate it and if this is the sort of junk we are going to get from Alcatel, I doubt I'll ever buy another one. Well some recent updates fixed some issues but there's still problems. See the review just done for File Manager.
