App is good, but some vendors MUST be penalized as what's posted isn't what you get. Jumia, what checks do you have for quality assurance??

Orders don't get confirmed even after payment. Chats are not responded when u want to complain. Payment refunds are slow and painful. At whole, at the point u need food and order from Julia, they leave u starving wherein u have paid them for your order already. And now seek alternate to feed yourself with money u don't have as Julia collected the amount. Will delete Julia food from my device forever once my case is settled.

Well now the issue today is these people don't send refunds they allege that they are going to refund in 4 days time then keep extending the period don't pay online cash to this app pay on delivery before they scam you like they did me. To make matters you can place an order it shows that it's getting prepared only for it to get cancelled after an hour, this app is so annoying it freezes jeez its so frustrating if it were up to me, I wouldn't give them any stars because of their menace of service
