They are now putting ads before you can view your camera alerts. The ads are very misleading too. Some of them saying that you got virus in your phone, and you need to purchase antivirus. I also have another brand for security cameras, and they are just fine. I've emailed them to take down those ads too. Update 1/19/25: it looks like they have removed the ads after I wrote the original comment. The app is and cameras work fine. I've got 3 of them around my house, and they work just fine.

UPDATE: 1-Star wish I could give it zero! These ads stop you from checking on your camera when you need it! I can't close the ads either. I am selling my 7 kami cameras. This is inexcusable. I DO NOT WANT A DISCOUNT. You aren't getting a dime from me. Does not load live feed notifications are late even though I have very high speed internet and all cameras are well within range. Lots of bugs. No pc record feature plus lots of false alarms! Stop the cellular data banner at bottom! PLEASE!

OMG. I select opt out load screen ads and I am still getting ads when I start the app. I use the camera to monitor my 99-year-old mother in kaw. Stay away for the app and products. New cameras are on order. Forced ads. Solution. Use the Google home app and connect the cameras there. You won't have the history view, but at least an ad free live view. I will do this until I get new cameras now getting full screen ads on opening. Don't offer a discount, stop running the ads
