I took the Diary survey back in August and had no issues, got paid the 35 dollar visa card. Took another one 6 weeks ago and have never heard a thing, I did everything by the book and logged out like it told me to do just like last time I took it, but I have NOT received absolutely nothing from them this time, so I think a waste of my time and effort to help them improve whatever it is there looking for. I will never use this platform ever again it's a rip-off con artist at its best shame Kantar

I did the 14-day beverage diary and I followed instructions, but they said I don't qualify for a reward. Was promised a $35 gift card, but they refused to help me even though I know I recorded everything I was supposed to. This is very upsetting. I'm currently out of work and looking for a way to earn extra cash. I'm unable to work due to a disability and all I wanted was to make a little bit of money. Very disappointed. I'm pretty sure they are still going to use my data.
