This device helps me to understand what my body is doing and what Afib "normal" looks and feels like. While this is not the same as a 12 lead ekg like the doctors use when doing the annual ekg, this tracks all information about the heart's sinus rhythm, beats per minute and also tracks blood pressure with the Kardia app and a compatible BP device. It is so easy to use and keeps a history of all readings that can be shared with PCP and Cardiologist. It is well worth $11.99 per month.

I have the paid membership. I just got an abnormal EKG. It did not send it off to be automatically reviewed by a physician like it used to do. Isn't the whole point of the paid membership that when we get an abnormal EKG, someone reviews it???? Is this an error, and is the app broken, or did you guys take away this feature?

Absolutely useless. Extremely temperamental in use, it takes many, many attempts to get it to register any reading. I'm pretty sure you would need to have access to your own personal crypt, which you could then creep into, in the hopes of it taking a reading at the first attempt. Even then I have my doubts. Don't bother.

This company is the epitome of what's wrong with our healthcare system. What kind of money-grabbing monster puts certain diagnostic services behind a paywall?? We've already spent a ridiculous amount on a cardiologist who recommended this device that cost $150 so that we could pay EVEN MORE just to conveniently use the device. Got this thing to record PVCs and PACs, but you'll be thrilled to hear that they can't point those out to you on the graph unless you pay them an additional $12 a month.
