Aslam u alikum every one Iam very disappointed by Trade regarding opening account. First of all today almost one week and still iam not login app I provide every doc they require and upload in app and send them via email as well. K trade send me verification email and still after that I can't log in app I received a message on WhatsApp from K-trade representative madam (miss fiza)she said you can log in account because your are from "GILGITBALTISTAN" and we can't take risk you are high risky

Very poor customer service. Try to avoid this cheap platform. Mera aik issue a raha tha account opening mein wo resolve karate ke liye mein 2 months se try kar raha hon but ghatia service ki waja se ni ho rha.

Please do not use this brokerga app. Unless you have extra money from inheritance... Too much texes from broker I sold 100 shares of TRG. Total balance was 6234 Rs and when I requested to cancel my account I received only 4723 ruppies . Where is my remaining amount. They said it is texes. Hahaha 1500 rs tex. Toxic behavior of customer support also.
